Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Leaking with exercise? Pelvic floor pain? This is not normal! Work with us to learn how to train your pelvic floor. This can include:

-leaking (bladder and/or bowel)

- Pelvic pain (with or without activity)

Pregnancy

Physical Therapy can be helpful to decrease pain with pregnancy and discuss how to modify and monitor your activity.

Training can be used to set up a program during your pregnancy to prevent pregnancy pain and help maintain your fitness.

Post-Partum

Get guidance from a Doctor of Physical Therapy to discuss how to recover post-partum. This can be from a vaginal or caesarean section birth. The first 3 months are very important for recovery and make sure you are not returning to quickly. You will be provided with education, exercises and how to return to sport safely and strong!
