One-on-one virtual session to discuss your goals, determine your baseline, and create a personalized training program for you.
Training programs include a one-hour evaluation and a 4-week training program specific to you and your goals. You will receive weekly check-ins, videos and pictures for your exercises. Zoe will also be available via email for any questions or concerns you have with your program.

Climbing/ Mountaineering
Train for an upcoming climbing challenge with our guidance. We will give you a 3-week program including strength training, cardio (with heart rate zones), and goal-specific climbing workouts.

Whether in the backcountry or at a resort, get your body ready to go all day and prevent injuries. Receive an individualized program to prepare for this winter season.

Improve how you run by incorporating a strength program, training using heart rate zones, and learning how to best prevent overuse injuries. This includes a running analysis program to identify your baseline and tailor your training.

Pregnancy/Postpartum
Learn how to balance your outdoor sport with pregnancy. We will guide you during your pregnancy journey to ensure you keep a healthy training intensity. In addition, we will be there to aid in your postpartum recovery and return.

Hiking and Backpacking
Prepare for your next big hiking or backpacking trip. Your specialized program will include a weekly training regimen, heart rate zone training, strengthening workouts, pack weight tips, and elevation guidance.
